You already know something needs to change.
WHERE TO START
You've probably tried to figure it out on your own. Thought about it enough. Pushed through it. Waited for it to get better on its own.
But the pattern is still there.
The work we do together isn't about giving you more to think about. It's about helping you finally see what's been driving the pattern, and choosing what to do about it.
The Core Discovery Experience
RECOMMENDED
Two 60-minute private sessions — $397
This is where most people start, and where the real work begins.
Two sessions. One focused on understanding exactly who you are. One focused on what to do with that.
SESSION ONE
Discover Your Type
This isn't a quiz debrief. This is a conversation that gets underneath the surface behavior to what's actually driving it. You'll leave with your type and a clear picture of the patterns you've been living in without fully seeing them.
Your Growth Edge
SESSION TWO
Knowing your type is the starting point. This session looks at where you're specifically stuck, your relationships, your leadership, your decisions, and what small shifts would actually make a difference.
You don't leave with more information to sort through.
You leave with clarity and a place to start.
Single Discovery Session
NOT READY FOR TWO?
One 60-minute private sessions — $297
One focused conversation to uncover your Enneagram type and begin to understand the patterns underneath your behavior. This isn't a shortcut.
It's a real starting point, one that often leads people to want to go deeper.
Not sure which option is right for you?
That’s okay. That’s what the conversation is for.
The same patterns that show up in your personal life show up in your team. The leader who shuts down under pressure. The team member who over-functions and burns out. The dynamic that derails every difficult conversation.
These aren't personality conflicts.
They're patterns.
And they're workable.
This isn't a personality test for your next team-building day. This is for leaders who want to understand why their team operates the way it does, and what to do about it.

Questions people actually ask us
FAQ
-
Not exactly. DISC and Myers-Briggs describe your behavior, what you do. The Enneagram goes deeper than that. It gets at the motivation underneath the behavior, why you do what you do. Two people can have identical DISC profiles and completely different Enneagram types because they're operating from completely different fears and core beliefs. That's why people who already know their DISC or Myers-Briggs still find the Enneagram stops them in their tracks. It explains the why that other tools miss.

We work through it together. We're not going to hand you a result and walk away, and we're not going to make you guess without guidance either. The typing process is a conversation, and we'll help you land on your type with real confidence, not just a score from a quiz.
-
Most people do, and they feel it when it lands. The right type doesn't just make sense intellectually, it feels uncomfortably accurate. That said, we're not rushing you to a conclusion. If there's genuine uncertainty between two types, we'll name that honestly and encourage you to give yourself space to try each one on and notice if one lands more than another. What we won't do is force certainty where there isn't any. If you don’t land your type and would like more help with that, feel free to book an additional session with us.

That's exactly the concern we had too. Here's what we've found: the Enneagram doesn't put you in a box, it shows you the box you've already been living in. It shows you the patterns, the defaults, the autopilot responses you've been running on without fully realizing it. Naming the box is what gives you the ability to step outside of it. You can't change what you can't see.
-
Yes, it's possible the quiz got it wrong. Online quizzes type your behavior. A typing interview gets at your motivation. Those are different things and the difference matters. People frequently test as one type and discover they're actually another once they do the deeper work. If you've taken a quiz and something has always felt slightly off about the result, that's worth exploring. We've had plenty of people come in convinced they're one type and leave certain they're another, and the clarity that comes with that is significant.
-
It describes the motivation underneath your behavior, which is more useful. Your behavior changes depending on context, stress, relationships, and the day you're having. Your core motivation is remarkably consistent. The Enneagram works at that deeper level, which is why it tends to feel more accurate and more personal than tools that only map what you do on the surface.
-
No. The Enneagram is a psychological framework for understanding human motivation and behavior. It has roots in contemplative traditions, but it isn't religious in practice and isn't affiliated with any particular faith. People across every background and belief system use it and find it useful. We use it as a tool, nothing more.
-
Absolutely. The Core Discovery Experience is where most people start, but it's not where the work has to stop. If you want to go deeper, focus on a specific area of your life, or keep working through what comes up, we can build something around what you actually need. Reach out and tell us where you are.
