We started this because
we've both been stuck.
OUR STORY
Not stuck in a vague, inspirational-quote kind of way. Actually stuck.
Repeating patterns we couldn't explain. Reacting in ways we swore we wouldn't. Hitting ceilings we didn't fully understand.
And we found our way out. Not by trying harder, but by finally seeing clearly.
That's what we help people do.
Here’s what we believe.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Most people don't need more information. They don't need another book, another podcast, another framework to think about.
They need someone to tell them the truth.
The kind of truth the people closest to them won't say. Not because they don't care, but because they do. Because it's uncomfortable. Because the relationship feels too important to risk.
We say it anyway. With care, but without apology.
Because we've seen what happens when people finally see their patterns clearly. When they stop blaming their circumstances and start taking ownership of their choices. When they realize they're not broken, they're just running on autopilot.
“The moment you take responsibility for your patterns is the moment you get your power back.”
That moment is what we work toward.
Every session. Every conversation.
Every time.
KATRINA KLOOSTER
We both know you’re sitting on a goldmine of untapped potential.
I spent over 15 years as an educator and the last 5 years coaching high achievers, and I’ve seen the same patterns play out again and again.
People who look successful on the outside but feel like something’s off internally. They’re overthinking instead of acting, trying to get it just right, and quietly resenting others while also trying to control the outcome. They know something isn’t working. They just can’t see what it is.
That’s where I come in. I help people see the patterns driving their behavior clearly and honestly so they can understand why they’re doing what they’re doing and start making different choices.
If you’re skeptical of the Enneagram, I get it. I was skeptical of the Enneagram at first too. It felt like another way to label myself and make excuses for why I couldn’t change. Then I saw my own patterns laid out in front of me and they were hard to ignore. It wasn’t just accurate, it was confronting. What mattered to me wasn’t the label. It was the clarity.
For the first time, I could see how I instinctively did things and how to grow beyond that without trying to become someone else.
That’s how I use it now. Not as an answer, but as a tool to help you see what’s been hard to see on your own.
And then I help you see beyond that and walk beside you as you make the changes you already know you want to make.
Because you know staying where you are doesn’t just keep things the same. It leads to regret, wondering what if, and knowing you were capable of more but never doing anything about it.
I’m not interested in helping you understand yourself just enough to explain your patterns. I’m here to help you change them.
LEAH REINERT
I've been called a Renaissance Woman. I think that's about right.
I went to ISU for Animal Science, did public speaking about agriculture, started a Pinterest marketing business, taught myself web design, and eventually found the Enneagram through a podcast, which, if you know anything about Type 5s, is exactly how that was going to happen.
I've never been afraid of a pivot. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. But I've learned that the answer to most things I don't know yet is just: figure it out.
The Enneagram was different though. I didn't pivot away from it.
I was sitting at a table of fellow Type 5s at a workshop when the speaker asked the room a question. Every other person at my table got quiet. I leaned forward and answered. That moment puzzled me for years. I knew I was a 5, but I didn't look like one. Certification finally gave me the answer. My instinctual stacking reorients the typical 5 pattern. Where most 5s retreat, mine pursues. I've always moved through the world with that forward, searching energy. I just didn't have language for it until I did the work.
That's what I kept coming back to. Not just the framework, the way it explained things I'd lived my whole life without being able to name.
I grew up on a farm in Iowa, and I still live on that same farm. I train Cane Corsos and ride horses, and somewhere along the way I realized that the same instinct I've always had with animals, the ability to tune in, read what's really going on, and meet them where they are, is exactly what I bring to people too. The farm is also where I practice what I preach. No performance, no roles. Just presence. It's where I give myself the same permission slip I'm here to hand to you.
What I bring to a session is this. I'll listen in a way that makes it easy to say the thing you haven't said out loud yet. I'll take it all in, and ask the questions that help you see what you've been missing.
That's not a technique. It's just how I'm wired.
Real grace tells the truth and then stays.
That's the kind of presence I try to bring to every session. Honest enough to name what's keeping you stuck. Grounded enough to stay with you while you work through it.
I'm not here to teach you a framework. I'm here to wake you up to the life you've been given, and hand you back the permission to actually live it.
Truth and compassion.
Both. At the same time.
